Data Records Analyst with French
Responsibilities
Contribute to the definition and deployment of the «Data Record Management» activity in order to manage data records as one of the bank’s assets on the long term.
The job consists of two main missions:
1. Organize and help to deliver the update of the retention schedules for Service Units
· Contribution to strategy and roadmap definition in collaboration with the DRM Correspondent of the SU;
· Orchestrate the “update campaign” for each SU: “kick off” communications, follow-ups according to the roadmap, support in the validation process;
· Organize workshops with the business in the event of new retention rules to create;
· Monitoring of authorizations for the Data Records Management Tools ;
2. Contribution to complete the retention schedule of each of the SU with retention rules applicable to their “Non-Core” activities
· Contribution to strategy and roadmap definition in collaboration with the DRM Correspondent of the SU;
· Organize workshops with the business:
- to present the DRM methodology and notions (retention schedule) ;
- to explain what are expected from them (+ roadmap);
· Follow-ups according to the roadmap;
· If the business comes up with new retention rules to create : analyze and challenge, if necessary, contradictory elements;
· Support of the business in the validation process (monitoring of authorizations for the Data Records Management Tools).
3. Contribute to quarterly to Data as a service meeting to present advancement and KPI
Profile required
To be successful, you will have:
· A very good level of French and English, both written and oral
· Experience in project coordination
· Experience in meetings animation
· Data analysis
· MSOffice skills (PowerPoint, Excel),
· Experience in banking, compliance (Compliance), risk analysis is an advantage
· SG Group understanding / knowledge is an advantage
· Sense of precision, spirit of synthesis and ability to manage, exploit and return data
· Good oral and written communication, good relationship, team spirit
· Reactivity and proactivity, Perspective & strategic vision
· Perseverance, attention to detail
