Debt capital Market Italy & Greece Analyst - M/W
Responsibilities
You will be part of the Debt capital markets team as an Analyst
Tasks and responsibilities:
Be responsible, with the supervision of the originators, of the accuracy and quality of the material produced for clients
Be in constant contacts with bond syndication, fixed income trading, structuring, ESG and legal teams
Help driving the execution of SG CIB's DCM strategy and provide local support in the optimization of the DCM franchise in Italy and Greece
To focus attention on the preparation of all marketing and support documents for client meetings with reference to Debt Capital Markets - mainly Bonds (USD, EUR and GBP), Private Placements, Hybrid, Liability Management and ESG advisory
To be a key reference point for the execution and documentation of DCM mandates
To cooperate with other business lines in order to provide an effective liaison with Interest & FX Derivatives (IFD), Liability Management, Hybrid Capital, Equity Linked, M&A and Acquisition Financing teams
Profile required
Studies & experience:
Graduate with a master’s degree in economics or finance from a Business School or a University
You have 1-2 years of experience in DCM Market
Language skills:
Italian: C1
English: C1
French: would be considered a plus
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
You are proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point
Knowledge of Bloomberg
Tenacious, reliable, accurate, results and quality-oriented
You can estimate risk in your activity
