Delivery Manager - DRP
Responsibilities
The responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Review the design & Enterprise architecture of the Infrastructures.
- Guide the Skill teams / Infrastructure owners on the organizational policies & procedures of the risk management.
- Review the resiliency status of the infrastructures in line with the organizational policy.
- Review the obsolescence status of Infrastructures in line with the organizational policy.
- Review the quality of documentation (Availability, Standard, Freshness).
- Report the discrepancies / compliance issues to Risk Manager/Authorities.
- Analyse Incidents to identify if they are due to resiliency/obsolescence or insufficient documentation.
- Participate in gap assessment, compliance readiness, compliance monitoring activities.
- Conduct planned/un-planned internal audit.
- Facilitating & tracking remediation & corrective action plan.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assisting in collecting the Risk Management KPIs.
Profile required
- Good knowledge on IT Infrastructures & their dependencies.
- Sound Knowledge & practical experience in performing BCP / Disaster Recovery exercises is a must.
- Ability to communicate risk and compliance subject to multiple audience including technicians, business people and management.
- Good knowledge on Production & Operations & understanding the importance of BAU.
- Good understanding of the topics of Operational Risks such as Resiliency & Obsolescence & their impact on business.
- Good knowledge of industry level best practices on Operational Risk Management.
- Analytic skills to relate incidents with Risk Management Topics.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong Social Skills such as listening, convincing and negotiating. (This role has to do a lot of interaction with various stakeholders).
- Experience in IT Governance and Compliance is a plus.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
