Responsibilities

Trading

•    Develop Delta One franchise in the US by pricing and trading Swaps, Equity Index Futures, and others Delta One products with main focus on US domestic indices. 
•    Work closely with structured equity finance team to develop interactions and synergies, to capture spread on repo and corporate actions.
•    Increase the book on a sustainable way with for target diversified and recurring revenue.
•    Optimize the global book position and the scarce resources by closing monitoring risk and consumption metrics

Client business and Market Intelligence

•    Participation on the client franchise development in cooperation with Sales team by sending them daily runs, trading axis and new ideas. 
•    Contribution on the US Equity Finance / 1 Delta Market Intelligence development with a focus on alpha generation for clients, corporate actions and index events opportunities.

Book management and processes

•    Responsible for the day-to-day risk, position management, risks follow-up and PNL explanation.
•    Rationalizing and optimizing the FO to BO processes with a particular attention to operational losses.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must Have:

•    At least 5 years of index delta one trading experience, preferably in the US delta one market
•    Good understanding in various liquidity metrics and banking regulatory environment in both US and EU
•    Ability to work on both technical and operational subjects
•    Rigor, curiosity, adaptability, pragmatism, composure
•    Regulatory understanding and transparency
•    Masters of IT systems and operational chain
•    Ability to trade directly (Sales trading activity), with brokers and with Sales
•    Cooperation skills - Have constructive relationships with all parties (colleagues, peers, resources, etc)

COMPENSATION:
Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and includes a competitive benefits package including 401(k) plan with company match, medical/dental/vision, and other benefits for fertility, wellness, student loans and commuters.
