DevOps Engineer - M/F/D
Responsibilities
We are part of Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, within the GBTO/FTB division. Our teams in Warsaw, Paris, and Bangalore design and support cutting-edge solutions for Credit Portfolio Management and Financing Business Monitoring. We work in agile, client-centric feature teams, where DevOps practices play a central role in ensuring smooth delivery and reliable operations.
We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our CPM team in Warsaw. You’ll work closely with developers, business analysts, and operations specialists, taking ownership of CI/CD processes, automation, and application support in a global environment.
Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
70% DevOps and 30% Ops activities.
Building, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Collaborating with international teams in Poland, France, and India.
Monitoring applications, troubleshooting incidents, and supporting releases.
Ensuring adherence to ITIL processes (incident, problem, release management).
Contributing to automation, scripting, and performance improvements.
Profile required
You will be best suited for this role if:
You have 5+ years of experience in complex, distributed environments.
You have strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices (Git, Jenkins, Docker/Kubernetes, GitHub, Groovy, Python, Linux, Shell scripting.
You have experience with Java-based applications (Java 8/17, Spring, Oracle).
You have good Understanding of Release Management, Problem Management, Incident Management (ITIL)
You have good communication skills and ability to work in an international context.
- You are flexible (occasional weekend or extended hours support in case of incidents).
