Responsibilities

•    Lead the commercial development and adoption of SG Forge's regulated stablecoins, EUR CoinVertible (EURCV) and USD CoinVertible (USDCV), across the AMER region and the United States market in particular. 
•    Develop and execute the US commercial strategy to drive stablecoin issuance, circulation, utilization and ecosystem growth. 
•    Build and manage senior relationships with a broad client base including: banks, asset managers, corporates, fintech companies, payment providers, digital asset firms, exchanges, custodians and market makers
•    Identify, originate and convert business opportunities involving stablecoin-based solutions across: various situations such as domestic and cross-border payments, capital markets activities, collateral management, securities settlement, decentralized finance (DeFi) and on-chain financial services
•    Develop a deep understanding of client operating requirements, commercial drivers and regulatory constraints to position SG Forge solutions effectively. 
•    Coordinate closely with SG Forge teams in France to ensure a consistent global commercial strategy and seamless coverage of international clients, and SG business lines in the US to identify cross-selling opportunities. 
•    Represent SG Forge externally at industry conferences, client events, trade associations and digital asset ecosystem forums. 
•    Monitor competitive developments, market trends and evolving use cases within the digital asset and stablecoin ecosystem. 
•    Work closely with product, legal, compliance, risk and operations teams to support client onboarding and successful implementation of stablecoin solutions.

Profile required

EURCV and USDCV among institutional market participants and supporting the transition toward next-generation digital financial markets. Working closely with teams across Europe and the United States, the successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the use of regulated stablecoins across payments, treasury, capital markets and decentralized finance applications.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must Have: 
1.    10+ years of sales or business development within financial services, capital markets, payments, digital assets or fintech. 
2.    Demonstrated experience developing and growing commercial activities involving stablecoins
3.    Deep understanding of stablecoin ecosystems, including: cross-border transactions, capital markets use cases, on-chain liquidity and DeFi applications
4.    Strong network of decision makers across financial institutions, corporates, fintech companies and digital asset market participants in the US. 
5.    Proven ability to originate, structure and close complex commercial opportunities with senior stakeholders. 
6.    Language(s) English

Nice to Have:
1.    Knowledge of US and international regulatory frameworks applicable to digital assets, stablecoins and blockchain-based financial services.
2.    Familiarity with stablecoin, tokenized securities, and institutional blockchain networks.
3.    Existing relationships across the digital asset ecosystem, including exchanges, custodians, market makers, payment providers and fintech platforms

COMPENSATION:
Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and includes a competitive benefits package including 401(k) plan with company match, medical/dental/vision, and other benefits for fertility, wellness, student loans and commuters.
