Digital Client Support – French Speaker – M/F/D

The main function will be to provide clients support in case of onboarding, issues, or modifications.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

Eservices and SG Markets (SGM) Confirmation mailoboxes:

• Internal and external client onboarding following different Eservices processes;
• Solving client issues for each platform (by phone, Teams or emails);
• Providing help with signing Esign contracts;
• Client demo for first connection on all platforms;
• Management and resolution of issues related to second factor authentication (2FA);
• Creating Workflows for all platforms;
• Internal demos for using SG Workflow;
• Trackers update to closely follow activity;
• Contracts and General Terms archiving in SG Docs.

You will be best suited for this role if:

• You are a French speaker and writer and are fluent in English;
• You have some knowledge and experience in financial products (FX, interests, swap, money market deposit, OTC, etc.) up to 3 years;
• You have experience in customer service roles;
• You are results oriented, reliable and rigorous;
• You have appetite for client relationship and sense of service;
• You are proactive and get information directly from the source;
• You have organization and planning skills;
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills;
• You have IT skills on Excel, other SG information systems.
