Responsibilities
As Digital Learning Designer you will join Learning Factory team, which is the Group’s internal provider specialized in the creation and update of e-learning trainings.
Specifically, you will be required to:
Design and develop interactive e-learning courses (rapid learning, e-learning, digital tests/quizzes, video learning, etc.) using authoring tools
Incorporate graphics, animations, audios, videos and other multimedia elements to enhance the quality and effectiveness of e-learning materials
Develop graphic concepts/visual solutions to communicate the messages delivered in the training scenarios/storyboard, taking into account client requirements, constraints (technical, accessibility related, etc.) and fundamental principles of graphic design and UX/UI best practices
Integrate all necessary technical settings to ensure proper functioning of the training in the internal Learning Management System (LMS)
Adress and solve technical anomalies identified during the testing phase of e-learning modules
Plan and manage multiple e-learning training simultaneously to successful completion according to the requirements of the client
Work with instructional designers within the team and project partners across the entire Group ensuring communication in a transparent and efficient way
Identify and develop process optimisation actions
Profile required
Previous experience in graphical design and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Good knowledge of UX/UI principles and design theories
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Knowledge of Articulate Storyline and/or other e-learning authoring tool (nice to have)
Basic knowledge of HTML5
Project management skills: stakeholder management, priority management, planning and organization, workload management
Creativity, proactivity and ability to adapt to evolving products and technology
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Good communication and collaboration skills
Language level: B2 English, B2 French
