Digital Workplace Specialist with French
Responsibilities
Within the Société Générale Group, you will join Global Technology Services (GTS), which is the IT entity in charge of infrastructure and its Digital Workplace Services teams, whose mission is to provide the Group's employees with their Digital Workplace.
Digital Workplace brings together all the services and tools of the work environment: the personal workstation of course, but also the smartphone, the corporate social network, communication and collaborative tools such as messaging, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
You will be in charge of the communication and change management for digital projects: you will manage the communication in deployment projects (user guides and communication resources creation, trainings, tools kit etc.) in order to enable user adoption, but also during the project life cycle.
Specifically, you will be required to support the SG collaborators through and more specifically:
· In charge with the communication activity: create and send communications related to product deployments or following changes in the digital working environment of employees; incidents management communication for Digital Workplace tools, etc.
· Contribute to the development, execution and management of communication and/or change projects;
· Provide support and guidance to our users in their approach to appropriate new uses related to new tools to optimize the user experience;
· Production of user deliverables: guides, articles, community animation, etc.
· Create and update trainings content (script, training support, animation, video tutorials, etc.) for the products and services deployed in the Groupe;
· Provide training sessions to users on all the tools of the Digital Workplace (Teams, SharePoint Online, Forms, etc.) with the objectives of transmitting new working methods and promoting the use of Digital Workplace tools in French/English/Romanian.
· Track and monitor the activity and measure the performance of certain actions;
· Intervene on any other team’s activities, such event organization, community management, marketing campaigns etc.
Profile required
· Very good level of French and English
· User-centric (in multicultural perimeter)
· Passionate about new technologies
· You master change management process
· Team spirit and ability to work across teams, departments, locations
· You are a good communicator and you have good writing skills
· Desire to learn continuously and to share your experience
· You know how to evolve in an international environment
Nice to have
· Bachelor degree in communication/marketing or related field
· Previous experience on communication projects/ change management will be a plus
· Project management skills
