Digital Workplace Specialist with French CDD

YOUR MISSION:
Within the Société Générale Group, you will join Global Technology Services (GTS), which is the IT entity in charge of infrastructure and its Digital Workplace Services teams, whose mission is to provide the Group's employees with their Digital Workplace.
Digital Workplace brings together all the services and tools of the work environment: the personal workstation of course, but also the smartphone, the corporate social network, communication and collaborative tools such as messaging, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
We are seeking a proactive and user-focused Digital Workplace Change & Adoption Specialist to support the implementation and adoption of digital tools across the organization. This role is key in driving change management initiatives, promoting digital workplace solutions, and enhancing user experience through communication, training, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specifically, you will be required to support the SG collaborators through and more specifically:
- Coordinate and execute the change management plan at the project level, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and other partners to guide users in adopting appropriate new uses of digital tools to optimize their daily work experience.
- Promote the use of tools such as Teams, Viva Engage, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and other digital services.
- Develop and maintain user materials including guides, articles, community content, and training resources (scripts, presentations, video tutorials, etc.).
- Conduct engaging training sessions or webinars in French, English, and/ or Romanian to help users adopt the new digital tools.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the effectiveness of change and adoption initiatives.
- Support additional team activities such as incident communication, event organization, community management, and internal marketing campaigns.
Profile required
· Very good level of French and English
· User-centric (in multicultural perimeter)
· Passionate about new technologies

· You master change management process
· Team spirit and good cooperation with other teams
· You are rigorous and pedagogue
· You are a good communicator and you have good writing skills
· Desire to learn continuously and to share your experience
· You know how to evolve in an international environment
NICE TO HAVE:
· Bachelor degree in communication/marketing
· Previous experience on communication projects/ change management will be a plus
· A proactive and reactive attitude

· Good analytical and synthesis skills
