Director, Equity Derivatives Sales, Nordic Region

Join our trading floor, within a sales team dedicated to Nordic institutional clients — Asset Managers, Insurers, Pension Funds Banks, Hedge Funds — where you will contribute to the marketing of Equity Derivatives products.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Managing the client portfolio: developing regular commercial relationships and offering investment solutions tailored to clients’ needs

• Mainly covering Scandinavian clients within the Equity Derivatives business

• Marketing the full range of Equity Derivatives products

• Leveraging advisory services to develop higher-margin products

• Increasing client profitability

• Ensuring proper execution of transactions and high-quality follow-up through to final settlement

• Ensuring the proper application of risk rules and regulatory procedures

• Working in close synergy with all sales and trading teams

Studies & experience:

• Master’s degree or equivalent — Bac+5 — in market finance, from a university, business school or engineering school

• At least 3 years of professional experience

Language skills:

• English : C1

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

• Previous experience within an Equity Derivatives sales team covering Nordic institutional clients
