DLP Functional Administrator
Responsibilities

You will join the Security Hub, within the Infrastructure & Security Services team at SG Global Solution Centre. As Functional Administrator you will be responsible for the global configuration and management of the Data Leakage Prevention platform (~180.000 users), business engagement and functional operations throughout the entire implementation / maintenance process of a DLP solution. You will analyse the user needs, handle the pre study and the implementation of the user needs, and you will drive the requested changes.
Specifically, you will be required to:
· Policy management (create and update the DLP policies);
· Tool configurations (response rules, notifications, scripts debugging);
· Profile/user management;
· Referential management (data management integration);
· Exceptions configuration and recertification;
· Server management/ verifications/ upgrade;
· Incident/ Change/ Problem management (ServiceNow ticketing system);
· DLP referent in participating in DLP group committee & internal meetings, operational committees for projects, communication with the business units;
· Support to DLP champions that have a validating role on the alerts in the platform (privacy, technical questions, dedicated training, incident analysis);
· Communication with Supplier’s Technical Managers;
· Actively participate in business meetings as a technical expert;
· Proactive for new features that would help to improve the security activity;
· Perform trainings for the teams;
· Manage and maintain standards and procedures for your expertise area.
Profile required
· 1-3 years’ experience as a Platform Administrator on DLP or similar Security platforms;
· Excellent analysis and synthesis skills;
· Strong interpersonal and communications skills to build/ maintain ongoing business relationships;
· Excellent organizational skills;
· Autonomy and problem-solving capacity;
· Stakeholder management and engagement skills;
· Fluent in English is a must;
· Proactive attitude;
· Experience on at least one security platform (EDR, AV, DLP, SIEM);
· Symantec DLP Platform management and configuration would be a plus;
· ITIL certification would be a plus.
