Responsibilities

Following the merger of ALD | LeasePlan as Ayvens, 21 countries need to run & deliver multiple integration projects before the end of 2025. Within the Digital Integration pillar, as an Domain Manager for GRC & Legal you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex enterprise-wide business projects, involving, and impacting several local subsidiaries and various departments.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Towards the Central Functions: coordinate with the central functions inside GRC & Legal. It is essential to ensure proper alignment with key stakeholders of their business needs, roadmaps & integration plans. You are expected to follow-up on the progress of the integration & timely update to key stakeholders. Consolidate inputs from the central functions to design & deliver change plans centrally & locally.
  • Towards the countries: coordinate with the countries through Regional Program Manager & Regional Digital & IT Directors to ensure that local requirements are well defined, translated into projects & incorporated into central roadmaps (when applicable) & aligned with the expectations of the central functions.
  • Towards the clusters: coordinate & supervise several clusters. You will manage a digital integration portfolio of your domains to ensure that scope & delivery timeline is clear to all the stakeholders for all the projects. Dependencies between central/local applications are well identified & integrated into respective roadmaps.
  • You'll be the main point of contact for several Central functions to support them in running efficient & timely integration. You will ensure that as Digital & IT we deliver what is required for Central Functions.
  • Coordinate with the other domains inside the Digital Integration pillar to ensure timely delivery of the projects inside your scope of responsibility.
  • Report on progress, milestones, risks, issues, KPIs & presentations related to the domains.
  • Manage a wide network of key stakeholders to ensure proper alignment at all levels in order to set right priorities.

Profile required

Background & Experience

  • MBA/ M.Sc./ B.Sc.  in Business Administration, Economics, or relevant field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience within program / portfolio / change management
  • 5+ years of managerial experience (ideally people management)
  • Compliance & Legal domain knowledge / relevant experience
  • Experience in driving / delivering digital transformation projects
  • Very good command of English both written & spoken
  • Business knowledge of the Leasing & Mobility industry would be considered advantageous

  • Location: Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid or Dublin
