Responsibilities

Manage daily activities related to Shareholders’ and Bondholders’ General Meetings and income processing on the Italian market. Ensure accurate coordination of meeting logistics, collection of voting instructions, and compliance with regulations, while overseeing timely handling of dividend and interest payments to deliver operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze information from custodians regarding Domestic General Meetings and income events

  • Process General Meetings and income events using the CAD 2.0 system, ensuring timely and accurate communication of event details to clients

  • Collect and manage clients’ instructions, ensuring proper transmission to the market

  • Execute income crediting to clients and perform reconciliation activities with market data to ensure alignment and accuracy

  • Support Client's requests and complains, providing solutions and answers

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree Economics/Social studies/Legal/Engineering

  • Preferable: prior experience in Financial Industry


    Language skills:

  • Italian: C2

  • English: B2

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Knowledge of the financial industry’s principles

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365
