Responsibilities
Own, Develop, Support and Maintain development tools and solutions delivered. Capability to perform Scrum Master and Product Owner roles
Technology Leadership:- Identify and Drive new ways of development and automations, Maintain skills of individual developers and Ensure team are given different opportunities to scale up.
Solution Design:- Review Requirements and discuss implementation plans, Work on technical roadblocks… In case no existing solutions then study and guide team on new ways of implementation.
Software development skills on Parallel Programing, Data Modelling, Data Analytics and Visualization, Coding/Development Standards, Microservices,API, Self-Healing
Profile required
Required Skills - ( Important ) - C#, Dot Net, DevOps, UI Designing, Automation Testing experience, Agile and SQL and RDBMS
Required Skills ( Moderate ) - Experience/ Knowledge with Power BI and Experience / Knowledge with Fiddler, Postman, Swagger for API testing
Experience Range - 6+ Years
We are looking for expertise in below mentioneod Technologies / Skills -
Expert in C# .NET application and various development frameworks in visual studio like console, Web app(aspx pages), API, MVC, WCF · Expert in DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nunit, Selenium, PowerShell · Good understanding in UI design and development frameworks using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, AJAX · Working knowledge of SQL and RDBMS (SQL & T-SQL) · Experience in using Fiddler, Postman, Swagger for API testingTechnology Leadership:- Identify and Drive new ways of development and automations, Maintain skills of individual developers and Ensure team are given different opportunities to scale up.

Inspire, Lead and manage developers and their deliverable roadmaps, Manage and deliver automation backlogs in an agile environment
Identify digitalization opportunities via multiple sources like study ITSM data (Requests, Incidents, Changes and Problems records), Custom delivery management tools, workshops with SME's and team leads, service delivery metrics etc
Use various Data Analysis techniques to identify opportunities, diagnose problems, report and present value delivery as per agreed service values
Excellent in requirement management and stakeholder management
Collaborate with other development teams across DWS as well as GTS for reuse of solutions to deliver UCS digitization targets
Identify, Implement and Train developers in latest Analytics, Development and automation technologies
