Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
•    The role is a high-client-touch role that requires good communication skills to build relationships and trust with our clients
•    Act as back-up to Salespeople, as well as cover your own clients for EQD flow products.
•    Coordinate client requests with different teams (Trading and Engineering).
•    Quarterback price requests received from clients, interpret these requests correctly and transmit them to the pricing team.
•    Confirm trades with clients following execution.
•    Manage all post-trade operations and coordinate with middle office, back office, and documentations teams for bookings
•    Assist in the management of the secondary market activity in collaboration with the senior sales.
•    Request Credit/ Risk approvals (liaise with the Risk department and COOs) and monitor existing credit lines.
•    General upkeep of operational issues.
•    Kick off KYC processes for new customers on-boarding and coordinate new clients' sub-accounts openings with Client Support Unit. Provide overall care of client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
•    Work with automation, engineering, operations, and COO teams to continuously identify issues and improve processes.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
•    Exceptional communication skills
•    Highly motivated and a self-starter
•    Attention to detail
•    Superior people skills to ensure constructive dialogue and positive cooperation, both internally with product lines, and externally with clients
•    Deal-driven and highly energetic professional
•    Strong quantitative skills. Ideal candidate will be adept at organizing and presenting data

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Required:
•    Knowledge of Equity Derivative Products and/or FX & Rates Derivatives
•    Knowledge of MS Excel, MS word
Desired:
•     Experience with Bloomberg and VBA

PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE
Desired:
•    Previous experience in an investment bank's Front Office

EDUCATION
Required:
•    Bachelor's Degree

COMPENSATION:
Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and includes a competitive benefits package including 401(k) plan with company match, medical/dental/vision, and other benefits for fertility, wellness, student loans and commuters.
