Responsibilities

. Identify and resolve medium to high-level issues 
2. Detect and define process enhancements, regularly.
3. Prepare, attend and contribute to process governance.
4. Prepare SOPs and ensure is followed up and updated, validated on timely intervals
5. Apply domain expertise in cross-functional processes and businesses interactions.
6. Manage intermediate level case studies and challenges with minimal supervision.
7. Perform root-cause analysis and resolve any processes issues when requested.
8. Identify, develop and implement process and project enhancements
 
• Ability to understand control framework.
• Proven knowledge of functional, domain and operational risk management.
• Intermediate stakeholder and partner management skills. To be exercised when required
• Clear and concise communication skills- to ensure there is clear view or analysis of subject and also understand the importance of mailing as part of control tower .
• Ability to understand and verify balance and ensure reconciliation is performed

Profile required

As an Analyst in Treasury Operations on Custodian/Nostro/Clearer accounts for Controls Team

  • 2-3 years of experience in managing securities/custodian accounts
  • Proven knowledge of functional, domain and operational risk management.
    •  Intermediate stakeholder and partner management skills.
    •  Clear and concise communication skills.
    •  Ability to visualize process enhancements.
    •  Identify and resolve medium to high-level issues.
    •  Detect and define process enhancements, regularly.
    •  Prepare, attend and contribute to process governance.
