Responsibilities

  • Perform financial closing controls to ensure the accuracy and quality of month‑end and quarter‑end close.
  • Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly regulatory reports in compliance with local requirements.
  • Conduct internal control self‑assessments and coordinate required documentation to meet regulatory expectations.
  • Handle assigned tax‑related matters, including tax treaty applications and specific withholding tax (WHT) cases.
  • Execute assigned finance‑related and regulatory items in coordination with the Head of Finance.
     

Profile required

  • University graduate in Finance or Accounting
  • 2–3 years of finance/consulting experience; Big 4 bank audit preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Department Description

DFIN is responsible for overseeing the entity’s financial management, regulatory reporting, and compliance activities. This includes financial accounting and closing, budgeting and forecasting, regulatory and prudential reporting, tax compliance, liquidity and risk monitoring, and coordination with regulators and internal governance committees. The department ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with local and group regulatory requirements, and effective financial control to support business objectives and risk management.
