Responsibilities

Financial Performance Analysis

  • Assist monthly & quarterly BUSU and clients NBI reconciliation.
  • Perform loan and deposit daily/monthly average balance and margin calculation with variance check.
  • Collect data for monthly/quarterly management reports production and deliver materials for management review on timely basis. 

AP

  • Original invoice and fapiao authentic check for vendor payments and staff T&E claims and confirm GSC PTP for daily/weekly paycycle.
  • AP voucher and T&E claim report hard copies archiving on monthly basis.
  • Expense payment trouble shooting and liaising between local user and GSC PTP payment team.
  • Month-end expense pre-closing assistance and provision/accrual sanity check.

Other tasks:

  • HR payroll accounting assistance.
  • Support internal/external audit inquires and vouching/sample check request related to PFS/AP.
  • Other ad hoc tasks required.

Profile required

  •  Major in Accounting/Audit/Finance, previous Finance internship experience is a plus
  • Sound English knowledge in both writing and speaking
  • Good command of computer, Excel/PowerPoint and other MS office tools, skills with PowerBi/Python are preferred
  • Good communication and relationship maintenance skill with stakeholders
  • Meticulous, autonomous, good interpersonal skills, and able to work under pressure
  • At least 4 days per week
  • Min 6 months internship period with no early termination for the first 3 months
  • Based in Beijing
  • Prudence and awareness on sensitive/confidential data & information protection

Department Description

Responsible for accounting, preparing various statements and reports, including regulatory reports, in accordance with the local laws, regulations and the requirements of the Group, elaborating financial budgets and tracking their completion, carrying out various financial control including expenses, and completing the calculation and payment of various taxes and fees.
