Misiune

Main responsibilities:

·   Ensures the appropriate application of the tax regulatory framework (Fiscal Code, Fiscal Procedure Code, Double Tax Treaties, European legislation), both in the field of direct (e.g. corporate tax, withholding tax) and indirect taxes (i.e. VAT);

·       Offers fiscal advice applicable to specific activities (banking and non-banking);

·       Monitors the appropriate implementation of the fiscal advice given;

·       Ensures the preparation and submission of tax returns towards the tax authorities.

Profil

Professional experience:

·       University degree – Economic Studies;

·       Minimum 4 years of experience in the fiscal area and very good knowledge of the tax legislation and its practical application;

·       Relevant knowledge of the financial banking sector;

·       MS Office advanced abilities;

·       English language – advanced level;

·       Member of the Fiscal Consultants Chamber – could be an advantage.

 

Candidate profile:

·       Good communication skills (verbal and written);

·       Analytical, attention focused on details, logical and structured thinking, good reasoning;

·       Proactive, dynamic, good spirit of initiative;

·       Minded to work in teams and deliver in busy periods.
