The aim of this program is to ease the credit approval process for the structured and market finance departments. MyCredit is deployed worldwide and has more than 3000 users. It includes the display of information in Credit Files, workflow and decision management, handling of different stages of the deal lifecycle as well as building tools and reports that help our users follow-up on their clients.
There are 5 teams working on MyCredit program. These fully autonomous feature teams work on the same application, each with their own backlog. We follow Agile SCRUM methodology.

CRAFTMANSHIP: TDD, BDD, Clean Code, SOLID principles
The key responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
Developing new features: conception, development, testing, deployment
Respecting Crafsmanship & DevOps practices
Creating and maintaining documentation
Sharing knowledge within program community
Providing support in production, fixing bugs and enhancing existing features (“You build it, you run it”)
Following up on release management using DevOps tools
Following, attending and participating in SCRUM ceremonies – Sprint of 2 weeks
Profile required
2-3 years of professional experience as a fullstack developer
Technical expertise: Java, Angular or React
Interest in banking domain
Problem solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills and team player’s mindset
Fluency in English, French is nice to have
