Responsibilities
Within the Société Générale group, you will ensure the development of our self-service portal application called MyDigital Workplace (MDW). MDW enables all users inside Société Générale (worldwide) to manage their digital workplace (computers, printers, cell phones, email services, etc) in an autonomous manner via self service requests.
Specifically, you will be required to:
TechLead
- Act as a coach to developers and perform code reviews, dojos and counseling;
- Act as an interface between the architect and the developers and ensure architecural guidelines are implemented and respected;
- Act as a member of the system team in order to challenge transverse project issues.
Development
- Perform technical studies to take in charge users stories present in team backlog;
- Contribute to design and setup technical solutions (architecture, tools, platforms);
- Implementation of the functionalities can be at the level of Front/Back, plugins, API or Framework;
- Performs continous integration;
- Conduct code review in close relation with the team;
- Write technical specifications;
- Environment set-up for development and homologation;
- Deliver trainings and documentation for the new features;
- L3 Support for the applications developed.
Profile required
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science;
- 5+ years experience in JavaScript development and with OpenSource frameworks (ReactJs/NestJs/Node.JS);
- Knowledge of norms and standards regarding REST, JSON;
- Good knowlegde of Jenkins, unit testing frameworks and CICD (Jenkins);
- Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL);
- A good combination of rigor, creativity and communication skills;
- Knowledge of JIRA;
- Good command of English, French is a plus.
