Responsibilities

The Functional Quality Assurance is in charge of the various stages of implementation of projects in the test phase, with the aim of ensuring the quality of the deliverables and the fulfilment of the department's commitments. He ensures compliance with procedures and best practices on all acceptance activities and contributes to their development.

What you will do:

 • Create scenarios and test cases in the test repository tool;

 • Execute the Functional Approval Plan and document test results;

• Identify the dataset and prepare the acceptance environment;

• Identify and update business rules in the test repository tool;

• Participate in the creation and implementation of the testing strategy;

•Take into account and act accordingly to the deliverables from the business analysts and from the developers;

 • Contribute to the production of the Quality Assurance Report;

• Produce and sign the acceptance report;

• Write the user guide(s) and configuration;

 • Write/Analyze/Execute Web Service/ API tests.

Profile required

• 3 or more years of experience in testing for complex projects in business areas such as: Financial/ Banking/ Accounting/ Investments/ Insurance;

 • Agile project methodology and V-cycle (Waterfall);

 • Experience with date base interrogations (SQL Querying) and understanding of data base structure;

• Knowledge of project management tools and testing tools: XRAY, Web Service/API and JIRA;

• A good test culture to understand the different processes and deliverables and to apply them;

 • Knowledge of the insurance business areas in the Life (Individual and Collective), Protection (Property and Casualty and Provident), Corporate and Financial, Customer Relations and Cross-functional scope represent a plus.
