Responsibilities

Mission: 

Société Générale S.A. Warsaw Branch is currently looking for a Functional Support Analyst Loan IQ in connection with the Structured Finance activities expansion. As a member of LOAN IQ Support Team & Production Chapter, your goal will be to contribute to the IT production level of service, quality and user satisfaction.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring user help desk for IT incidents & request (level 1), including analysis & problem solving
  • Communicating in case of IT incidents
  • Monitoring the IT production environment proactively
  • Contributing to documentation and continuous improvement
  • Performing release quality checks

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Banking/Finance and/or IT
  • Functional knowledge in Structured Finance and/or Loan IQ software is a must

Language skills:

  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • French will be a plus

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills and collaboration with colleagues from different professional and cultural backgrounds
  • Team player
