MARK Graduate Program is specifically tailored to integrate you during your initial two years, allowing for swift skill enhancement and the expansion of your professional network with our Global Markets division.

Hired under a permanent contract, you will be  assigned to a MARK desk (Trading, Sales, Research, Marketing, etc.), you will benefit from a tailored schedule over your two first years, featuring regular training and collaborative sessions.

One of the Graduate Program Position is based in Société Générale Madrid within the Global Markets business unit, in the global sales team covering corporate clients for FX, IR derivatives and Liquidity and Investment solutions.

Throughout the program and dedicated events, the aim is to enhance relationships with recent graduates and help them to develop a network across Europe.

An essential goal is also to foster a sense of junior community while strengthening connections with Global Markets professionals.

In the Spanish Interest Rate and Fx derivative department for Corporate Iberia the onboarding candidate will perform assistant duties to the existing sales team; will work throughout the production chain of hedging solutions for our clients from the risk analysis of the trades proposed, to the documentary monitoring of the confirmations, going through the pricing of the hedging alternatives. In all activities he/she will be guided and supervised by the current sales team.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Preparation of documentation for onboarding and documentary maintenance of existing and new clients (KYC maintenance)

• Indicative calculations of the counterparty risk in the proposed operations

• Calculation of indicative prices for hedging interest rate and Fx risks

• Preparation of draft commercial documentation with hedging proposals for the customer base

• Statistical and commercial analysis of the activity

Studies & experience:

• Recently graduated from a business school, engineering school, or university with a specialty in market finance

• A first experience through internship, VIE or Fixed term contract would be considered an advantage

• Available from June/July 

Language skills:

• Spanish: C1

• English: C1

• French language is considered a plus

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

• Visual Basic programming

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Positive attitude & Team Spirit

• Proactivity & innovation

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Curious, passionate, and rigorous, with analytical and synthesis skills, and possess excellent writing and interpersonal skills
