Global Markets Sales Specialist, Financial Institution Team – M/F/D

Societe Generale S.A. Warsaw Branch is currently looking for a Global Markets Sales professional to join our Institutional Investors Desk. If you are seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity to elevate your career, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role.

This position is centered on an origination-to-distribution business model, focusing on assisting Polish local clients with investment and hedging transactions. You will play a key role in providing flexible and innovative fixed income and currencies solutions tailored to clients’ specific needs and market conditions.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

• Supporting financial institutions in rates, credit, FX, and structured cross-assets transactions, both voice-executed and electronic.
• Implementing and delivering global markets sales strategies to maintain existing client relationships and onboard new clients.
• Staying vigilant on financial and operational risks, ensuring adherence to financial market integrity.
• Working onsite in the office.

You will be most successful in the role with:

• Proven experience in working with Polish institutional investors or corporate enterprises.
• 2+ years in financial markets, with strong knowledge of cash, derivatives, and secured finance instruments.
• Ability to navigate market regulations and manage financial risks effectively.
• Agility and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Fluent English and Native Polish.
• Readiness to work fully from the office.
• Financial Advisor or Brokerage License is an asset.
