Head of Client Referential Department - M/F/D
Responsibilities
The Client Referential Department serves as the “golden source” for client data within SG Warsaw. It is responsible for ensuring the completeness, consistency, and quality of client information across all local referential systems.
Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
People and team management (3 persons)
Organizing operational processes to ensure all clients’ data are properly codified in the respective database in compliance with Polish law
Ensuring data quality and consistency between databases and within the main local referential tool, which serves as the “golden source” for referential data for SG Warsaw Branch
Preparing business requirements for all necessary developments in the main local referential tool or other tools where local data are processed
Performing user acceptance tests for delivered developments
Validating each release in production
Continuously analyzing operational processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency
Ensuring that processes are properly covered by control mechanisms
Preparing operational procedures describing processes and RACI between team members or other business/support units
Administering agreements signed by local business covering market activity (including safekeeping) (including safe keeping)
Profile required
A degree in economics
Expertise in database and referential administration
Experience in organizing operational processes, ensuring timely processing and a proper level of quality control
Knowledge of Polish legal documentation for corporate and financial clients, as well as relevant regulatory and compliance requirements (local regulatory reporting STIR/SINF, RODO)
Basic project management skills
Ability to build relationships across departments and with partners at both Branch and Group levels
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders (Heads of BU, developers, operational teams)
Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team, fostering a collaborative environment
Knowledge of risk solutions in the banking sector and supervisory regulations concerning operational risk
Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is an advantage
Skills in MS Office, with particular emphasis on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
High interpersonal and communication skills
