Responsibilities

As an HR Advisor, you are responsible of managing requests coming from Group employees (EMEA perimeter) by email, as first level of support.

The HR Advisor must ensure that all the requests are received, distributed and solved or escalated to the right point of contact in accordance with the pre-established performance indicators agreed with the client.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Manage HR tools support-related requests received from Group employees by email;
  • Determine whether requests can be solved by the L1 HR Tools Support team or need to be forwarded to other teams;
  • Respond to in scope requests by email;
  • Seek assistance from the Team Manager/ Process Coordinator for complex and/ or sensitive requests;
  • Follow-up on subcontracted requests (pending/ on hold);
  • Ensure tickets are closed on time, in accordance with the agreed deadlines;
  • Identify and report existing/ potential risks.

Profile required

  • Good command of French (B2) and English (B2);
  • Positive and cooperative attitude;
  • Detail-orientation with great organizational skills;
  • Dynamic, involved, serious, motivated person;
  • Accustomed to working with objectives in qualitative and quantitative terms.
