Responsibilities

We are seeking to hire a skilled Human Resources Business Partner who will be a partner for all managers within the existing portfolio in order to contribute to employee skills development, take the best decisions and be a change partner.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Provide managers and employees in defined areas and across multiple functions with guidance about all people-related topics and concerns as a first point of contact ;
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to understand their current and future HR needs, develop, and implement solutions that add value to the organization;
  • Ensure the implementation and delivery of HR initiatives as you are the interface between HR Corporate and the business;
  • Partner with our specialist teams including Talent Acquisition, L&D, C&B, and HR Operations to deliver people strategy and support to the business;
  • Work with multiple stakeholders colleagues and peers from diffrent locations;
  • Manage relevant HR indicators and work with HR statistics, strategic workforce planning;
  • Deal with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues and topics;
  • Lead and support projects including year-end processes, engagement survey, change initiatives, and local business-driven initiatives;
  • Responsible for performance management, talent management, succession planning and support internal talent mobility.

Profile required

  • Knowledge of the Human Resources functions – strong knowledge of labor legislation, performance management processes, talent management, selection & promotions;
  • HR practices deep understanding (principles, processes, rules, policies, resources;
  • Performance management system knowledge;
  • HR systems knowledge;
  • Comp & Ben practice knowledge (theory, surveys, job evaluation); previous experience with Hay Methodology is a plus;
  • Organisational development understanding, in terms of theory and practice;
  • Principles and techniques of assessment knowledge ( skills, performance, training level, etc.) and good level of understating of human psychology & behaviour;
  • Ability to take decisions and act accordingly with Internal regulation and according with the specifications within the Romanian legislation;
  • 4-5 years experience in human resources;
  • Strong ethical principles,strategic thinking,time management skills and analytic and problem solving skill.
