Responsibilities

The primary role will be to support leaders in human resource management through coaching and consulting on variety of HR programs, practices, and policies. The individual will have a chance to work locally and with regional stakeholders contributing to organizational growth.

To be successful in this position, you need to bring along a very strong background in HR area with labor laws knowledge, ability to align HR strategy with business goals, excellent advisory, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in HR strategy implementation and organizational growth

  • Create targeted learning strategies and development programs to up/reskill employees

  • Take active role in workforce effectiveness optimization through workforce planning, career pathing, and succession planning

  • Drive engagement and retention through engagement programs and well-being initiatives

  • Build knowledge and skills to enable leaders and employees to better understand organizational differences, foster speak-up and inclusive culture

  • Act as a primary HR advisor in regular HR processes (Performance Management, Talent Management, Annual Compensation Review, Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding, Jobs Benchmarking, etc.)

  • Coach managers on performance practices, and counsel in difficult cases

  • Actively participate in local and regional HR projects

  • Partner with regional and local business and Human Resources stakeholders to prioritize critical business challenges and ensure delivery of HR solutions

  • Contribute to efficiencies and HR performance enhancements based on best practices and trends

Profile required

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Several years of relevant HR Business Partner experience with successful track record and proven capabilities in variety of HR fields

  • Effective interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills

  • Enthusiasm, business maturity, analytical and out-of-the box thinking

  • Strong project management skills

  • Proactive approach, self-reliance, ability to implement own ideas and take independent decisions

  • Good knowledge of HR best practices, Polish labor laws, experience in negotiation and mediation techniques

  • Fluency in Polish, clear and concise written and verbal communication in English (minimum C1 preferred)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office package

  • University degree
