Responsibilities

As HR Generalist, you will provide support for both managers and employees. Your primary focus will be on employee life cycle, benefits, HRIS and recruitment. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated HR professional able to work both independently and, in a team, to provide quality HR support for a growing organization.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

  • Support to managers and employees in the whole Employee Life Cycle and HR queries
  • Providing advice in versatile HR topics with the focus on benefits, absences and leaves, social charges, local legal regulations
  • Managing employees hiring administration processes, personnel files, and HR data management
  • Uploading data into HR system and monitoring annual leaves, absences, medical check-ups, overtime request
  • Playing a role of payroll activities back-up in cooperation with external vendor
  • Acting as a jobs benchmarking support to feed and analyze data from salary & benefit surveys
  • Cooperating locally and regionally during employee’s shares subscription process
  • Performing permanent supervision controls over regular HR activities
  • Preparing regular HR statistics and ad hoc reporting
  • Supporting the company growth through recruitment for specialists’ roles
  • Actively participating in local and regional projects

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

  • You have a good knowledge of Polish labor laws and social security system with general payroll understanding
  • You are fluent in Polish and have a very good level of English (C1/C2), spoken and written
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office package and digital HR systems with Excel literacy
  • You present a proactive way of working, can do attitude, and solution orientation
  • You have drive, enthusiasm, humor, ability to work independently and in a team
  • You have strong analytical skills with a customer-friendly approach
  • You take responsibility for your work and its quality
  • You have a university degree, preferably in socio-human sciences
