Responsibilities

This is a 6-month, part-time internship role via an agency.

Hiring & Recruitment

  • Play an active role in trainee and early career hiring, driving the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate engagement to offer coordination
  • Deliver a high quality, professional candidate experience that reflects the firm’s employer brand

Talent Mapping & Market Insight

  • Research talent markets and support the development of candidate pipelines for target roles
  • Contribute insights on talent availability, hiring trends, and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with onsite and offshore recruitment partners to support efficient and aligned hiring outcomes
    Recruitment Governance
  • Apply recruitment policies, procedures, and data privacy standards consistently across hiring activities

Employer Branding & Projects

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, campus programs, and recruitment events
  • Support Talent Acquisition projects and process improvements as opportunities arise

Profile required

Requirements

  • Students in their final year of study in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline are preferred
  • Comfortable taking ownership of defined responsibilities and delivering within agreed timelines
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficient in spoken and written English

Department Description

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic human resources team that commits to providing an environment in which our employees can grow and develop their potential and advance the overall mission of Societe Generale. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this internship is designed to provide practical exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition operations, candidate engagement, and recruitment projects, with a primary focus on trainee hiring and talent acquisition project delivery.  The intern will gain structured learning and progressive responsibility in key talent acquisition areas, including talent mapping, employer branding, and recruitment analytics.
