HR Intern – M/W
Responsibilities
Your role as a HR Intern will be far from one-dimensional: you’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, and you will have the opportunity to gain deeper general knowledge in the Human Resources field.
We are looking for an analytical profile.
Tasks and responsibilities:
You will support in daily activities (planning, budgeting, providers management, data management, presentations) in the following HR fields:
Learning & Development (you will perform operational tasks)
Recruiting & Hiring (you will perform operational tasks)
HR Administration & Payroll (it will be the major dimension)
Welfare & Compensation (you will perform operational tasks)
Principles which will navigate you through the tasks mentioned above:
Ensure all relevant documentation is produced timely
Follow HR policies and craft HR procedures to ensure compliance and exceptional service delivery
Profile required
Studies & experience:
Bachelor’s degree in economics/legal/social studies
Language skills:
English: B2
Italian: C2
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
Proven work experience (3/6 months) as an HR Intern
Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Outlook, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Rigorous, have a sense of priority and are highly organized
Enjoy Team working and are collaborative
Operational problem solver
Good listener with patience, and you respond by trying to give simple explanations on complicated subjects
