Responsibilities

As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing effective learning solutions using modern pedagogical methods and digital technologies. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transform learning needs into engaging and relevant educational experiences, aligned with instructional design principles, accessibility standards, and UX/UI best practices.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and redesign learning activities (face-to-face training, virtual classes, e-learning), including knowledge assessment methods, in accordance with internal requirements.

  • Identify learning objectives with stakeholders and ensure alignment with proposed solutions.

  • Develop multimedia resources: storyboards, guides, tests, graphic mockups, animations, simulations, role-playing games, etc.

  • Collaborate with experts, project managers, and beneficiaries to ensure relevance and effectiveness of educational content.

  • Integrate feedback and work with technical teams to test and optimize e-learning modules.

  • Manage multiple educational projects simultaneously, maintain documentation, and update project statuses.

  • Ensure SLA compliance and client satisfaction for managed activities.

Profile required

SKILLS:Technical:
  • Proven experience in instructional design and use of platforms such as Articulate Storyline 360.

  • Strong knowledge of digital pedagogical engineering and media selection based on training scenarios.

  • Familiarity with eLearning standards: SCORM, AICC, TinCan (xAPI).

  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML5 and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).

  • Application of UX/UI principles in visual and interactive design of educational materials.

Behavioral:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (C1 level).

  • Ability to synthesize information and express ideas clearly with a client-oriented mindset.

  • Analytical thinking, autonomy, creativity, and adaptability.

  • Collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams and effective time management.

  • Knowledge of project management and change management techniques.
