Interest Rates Derivatives Dealer (CEE Region) - M/F/D

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Interest Rates Derivatives Dealer to join our investment banking team, with focus on interest rate derivatives and other financial products. This is a key role that involves both market-making and risk management activities.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

• Market-making of interest rate and other financial products for local and international clients.
• Managing the bank's interest rate and multi-product risk exposures.
• Supporting the trading desk in maintaining optimal liquidity positions.
• Preparing daily market commentaries and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Engaging with key clients to provide market updates and discuss trading strategies.
• Monitoring risk limits and ensuring compliance with internal frameworks.
• Collaborating with various departments to optimize pricing, execution and strategy.

You will be best suited for the role if:

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a trading or similar role within financial markets.
• You bring hands-on experience with a variety of products (e.g., interest rate, derivatives, FX).
• You have a strong analytical skills and are proficient in financial modelling and quantitive analysis.
• You are fluent in English and Polish.
• You are resilient under pressure and capable of making sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
• You are a team player, comfortable working across departments and supporting collective goals.
• You possess very good knowledge of MS Office
• You are familiar with technical analysis and market tools.
