Mission: 

We are looking for an Intern for our Real Estate Investment Banking Team for a period of 3-6 months starting Q1 2025.

You will join the global Real Estate Corporate Finance Team in Frankfurt and support a growing business. As an intern you will be fully integrated into the team and work directly with senior bankers in the real estate industry, coverage and product teams on the origination and execution of Investment Banking mandates.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry and company analysis as well as company valuations
  • Support in the preparation of client presentation materials
  • Assist in the preparation, origination and execution of M&A, ECM and other corporate finance transactions

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program at a university in Business Administration or Finance with excellent academic credentials
  • Prior internships in M&A or Equity Capital Markets in a Bank/Investment Bank/Boutique are desirable
  • Prior experience in Real Estate would be a valuable asset

Language skills:

  • Fluency in English

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Analytical skills are very important
  • Good knowledge in valuation is advantageous
  • Very good written and oral communication skills
  • Team spirit
