Internship - Quality Assurance (CDD 6 months)
Responsibilities
*6 months contract*
You will be stepping into a team that is working for the IT division of the Retail Bank of Societe Generale Group from France, where you can start your career in software testing activity. You will contribute to developing and maintaining a highly visible application for the Group.
Our teams work in an Agile mode and are constantly encouraged to collaborate in transversal projects through which they can learn and adapt together in order to contribute to the growth of our center of excellence.
What you will do:
•We are looking for a talented Quality Assurance Intern who is detail oriented, highly organized and structured, curious, and adaptable – someone with a strong ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
•As a QA intern, you will learn software testing by working alongside our team of engineers and in constant interaction with the entire team.
•This will be a dynamic environment, where you have the chance to participate throughout the software development lifecycle and get involved in different testing activities.
•In the current role, you will be assisted and work closely with the QA team.
•The duration of the internship is 6 months (could be extended according to business needs).
Profile required
PROFILE REQUIRED
•Student (final year) or fresh graduate (any of these would be a plus: Automation and Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics, and Computer & Telecommunications);
•Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
•Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, logical thinking
•Team player and working towards achieving team/project success
•Growth mindset : Be willing to learn and prove good interpersonal skills
•Good communication in English
Would be considered a plus:
•Understanding of elementary software testing concepts (bug, test cases, testing types and levels)
•Elementary programming skills
•Basic / Medium Level Communication in French
