Responsibilities
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Resolve incidents, problems and requests
- Analyze the problem and co-ordinate with other teams to fix the issue
- Own the issue and drive to closure
- Key exposure to Application and Production support
- Good Exposure to Upstream and Downstream applications
- Strive for continuous process improvement in close cooperation with the Feature teams in Paris and Bangalore
- Create and maintain required documentation/manuals to work towards standardizing processes
- Keep process & documentation up to date
Profile required
Studies & experience:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics/Banking/Finance with a preference for Corporate Banking specialization
- At least 3 years of experience in a position related to IT Application Support
Language skills:
- Proficiency in English
- French would be a plus
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Understanding of Support methodologies
- Proficient knowledge of ITIL Availability Management, Service Continuity Management,Problem management and Change management
- High analytical skills
- High interpersonal and communication skills
- A flexible attitude and adaptable approach
- Able to work autonomously and use initiative where appropriate
- Organised and able to prioritise work appropriately
