Responsibilities

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Resolve incidents, problems and requests
  • Analyze the problem and co-ordinate with other teams to fix the issue
  • Own the issue and drive to closure
  • Key exposure to Application and Production support
  • Good Exposure to Upstream and Downstream applications
  • Strive for continuous process improvement in close cooperation with the Feature teams in Paris and Bangalore
  • Create and maintain required documentation/manuals to work towards standardizing processes
  • Keep process & documentation up to date

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics/Banking/Finance with a preference for Corporate Banking specialization
  • At least 3 years of experience in a position related to IT Application Support

Language skills:

  • Proficiency in English
  • French would be a plus

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Understanding of Support methodologies
  • Proficient knowledge of ITIL Availability Management, Service Continuity Management,Problem management and Change management
  • High analytical skills
  • High interpersonal and communication skills
  • A flexible attitude and adaptable approach
  • Able to work autonomously and use initiative where appropriate
  • Organised and able to prioritise work appropriately
