We are seeking to hire a skilled Business Analyst to join our IT development team for the retail Risk, Finance & Compliance. As part of our team, you will part of different project activities with the mission of ensuring the development and maintenance of regulatory applications related to Finance and its management.

Specifically, you will be required to:

·Understanding, analyze and translate user needs in detailed functional specifications;

·Participate in the translation into technical specifications in collaboration with the development teams;

·Develop and build test cases and take charge of functional tests;

·Conduct qualification test (integration and non regression ) and performance tests (BDDs);

·Participate in the estimation of workload required to achieve the development and unit tests;

·Contribute to the 3rd level support, this includes monitoring of the resolution of incident and troubleshooting;

·Maintain a good level of documentation for all developments (JIRA, Wikis, project doc);

·Comply with the standards and procedures (architecture, security, quality, documentation);

·Contribute to the quality of the application continues improvement actions;

·Operational support : User assistance and expertise.

Profile required

·3+ years’ experience in a similar job profile;

·Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions;

·Resourcefulness and creative problem solving skills;

·Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols;

·Minimum knowledge of mainframe systems and environment;

·Introduction to COBOL programming (Ideally Batch and TP);

·Knowledge of the DB2 relational database management system, language and associated tools (SQL, Platinum, SPUFI, etc.);
