The Data Quality Lead is responsible for defining and executing the data quality strategy across Insurance Business Unit. This role leads a community of Data Quality Experts and Data Stewards, fostering collaboration and best practices. The Lead sets and enforces data quality governance, ensures ownership across data domains, and brings deep understanding of risk data models to support regulatory and operational excellence.

 Responsibilities:

•Leadership & Community Building

•Lead and mentor a cross-functional community of Data Quality Experts and Data Stewards.

•Promote a culture of data ownership, accountability, and quality awareness across business units.

Governance & Strategy

•Define and implement data quality frameworks, policies, and standards.

•Establish and monitor data quality KPIs and controls.

•Align data quality initiatives with enterprise data governance and compliance requirements.

Risk Data Expertise

•Understand and interpret risk data models, including their design, flow, and dependencies.

•Ensure proper data ownership and stewardship across risk data domains.

•Collaborate with Risk, Finance, and IT teams to ensure data quality supports regulatory reporting and risk analytics.

Operational Excellence

•Contribute to data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities.

•Drive root cause analysis and remediation of data quality issues.

•Ensure data quality tools and processes are effectively integrated into business workflows.

Stakeholder Engagement

•Act as a key point of contact for data quality matters across across Insurance Business Unit.

•Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements and pain points.

Profile required

•Proven experience in data quality management, data governance, or data stewardship.

•Strong understanding of risk data models and regulatory data requirements.

•Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

•Experience with data quality tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Talend) would be a plus.

•Openness to learning and become professional in French language with our support;

•A good combination of rigor, creativity and communication skills;

•Enthusiasm, self-confidence, innovative problem-solving skills, curious, autonomous and really keen to develop your skills.
