The Insurance business line manages multiple activities: savings, protection insurance and damages. The team in charge of the business analysis for financial and accounting projects is looking for a functional Project Manager that will contribute to the perimeter related to financial assets referentials.
What you will do:
A project of repositories enhancement has been launched, with the aim of unifying two critical such tools and increasing efficiency. This project will be rolled out over several years.
You will be responsible for all aspects of functional project management of the redesign project, under the supervision of the Head of the Financial Assets Project Portfolio:
- collection/analysis of user needs
- drafting of scoping documents
- participating in the design of solutions and drafting of detailed functional specifications
- organization of workshops
- coordination with the various parties (CIO, Testing, Middle Office, Accounting, Asset Allocation, etc.)
-project reporting.
As Functional Project Manager , you will also be responsible for ensuring that the project runs smoothly, and that budgets and deadlines are respected.
Additionally, you will contribute to existing referentials to implement changes that are essential to the business lines’ activity and that cannot be postponed until the new tool is delivered
Profile required
•At least ten years’ experience, in insurance, mutual insurance or banks
•Higher education or Master degree in Engineering, Business, Economics
•Experience in managing accounting/financial projects and more particularly related to referential tools (deployment, optimization, etc.)
•Excellent knowledge of the scope of financial assets: asset classification, events related to the life of the securities, collection of asset data from suppliers such as Bloomberg, Six Telekurs...
•Ability to interact with a wide variety of interlocutors and to understand the challenges of the different business lines
•Ability to write clearly, structure information and produce professional documents; good interpersonal skills
•Adaptability, critical thinking, rigor, autonomy.
•Ability to communicate effectively in French.
