IT Project Manager with French
Responsibilities

You will be stepping into a team that is working for the IT division of the Insurance of Société Générale Group from SG GSC Romaine, where you can leverage your expertise in IT Project Management skills.

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing Sourcing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members until the go life of the IT sourcing activity in SG GSC, in according to the plan. You will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Responsibilities:
· Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
· Understand partners IT requirements, to propose new IT strategic models to your top management, to adapt the capacity and budget accordingly, to manage IT sourcing transitions.
· Plan and follow the recruitment resources, to growth the necessary team.
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
· Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
· Report and escalate to management as needed.
· Perform internal risk management documentation.
· Create and maintain comprehensive project/contractual/legal/compliance documentation.
· Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
· Be able to manage relations with local management and clients in a balanced manner.
For your top management:
- Prepare IT reporting, KPIs, dashboards for Boards of Directors and main sponsors, risk analysis, integrating safety issues;
- Actively participate in Change Management to ensure all SG Group changes have been tested, documented, and approved prior to implementation;
- Provide support to your management to determine future IT needs at the location, enterprise initiatives, budgets, forecasts, licensing, and asset rotation to ensure profitability and alignment with the company’s goals and objectives;
- Contributes to the development of department strategy towards business development by creating strong reliable relationships with partners.
Profile required
· Good command of French, both written and spoken is a must have (English is a plus).
· Having at least one experience in your career path on an IT Transition Project Manager and one year on IT Project Management position is a must have.
· Solid IT technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is a must have.
· Ability and willingness to work in an energetic, fast-paced, and team-oriented Agile environment.
· Sound decision making ability with the experience to balance consensus against authority as appropriate.
· Team player, with strong collaboration, presentation and influencing skills, who can operate effectively within a matrix management environment.
· Strong team building and facilitation skills that include bringing people together from various profiles (Dev, BA, QA, TL), experience, to work toward a common goal.
· Proven business acumen including the ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization.
· Having a relevant IT Software culture (Data, web, and core insurance technologies).
· Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office, JIRA, Agile.
