IT Filiere is part of the Centre and comprises four Perimeters: Retail Banking, Security and Infrastructure, Internal Support Applications and Investment Banking, with a total of more than 800 IT professionals.
Project Description:
The MRK perimeter provides solutions (pricing & marking tools – vol, div, repo) for global markets activities. We build applications, for traders & sales, using a rapid development cycle. The goal is to provide decision support & market data analysis tools, simulation tools (backtests, pricing, strategies), automation solutions & innovative technical prototypes.
Specifically, you will be required to:
· Assist with the translation of business requirements into technical ones
· Show technical expertise and handle development/testing tasks
· Liaises with Infrastructure/middleware teams to ensure proper application configurations and hardware performance efficiencies
· Employs industry standard best practices
· Involved in the review and submission of solutions designs
· Optimizing technical solutions if necessary
Profile required
· You have excellent understanding of Java SE and multithreading
· You are very curious and enjoy a technical challenge (especially around performance improvement)
· Strong knowledge of Spring framework, SpringBoot
· Knowledge of distributed architecture and caching mechanisms would be appreciated
· Knowledge of middleware principles and asynchronous communication (e.g. RabbitMQ) would be appreciated
· Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)
· Knowledge of some core development tools used within the company: Maven, Jenkins, Git
· You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
· Nice to have: knowledge of Python, Kubernetes & Cloud technologies
