Responsibilities

As member of the FIC/CSF Financing trading desk, the candidate will support the funding activity for US Treasury, Agency collateral, Structured Products and EM/Corporates.

  • Contribute to the execution of the collateral management process.
    •  Analysis of repo desk workflow
    • Execution of repo/reverse repo transactions
    • Development and maintenance of client relationships
    • Management of support area relationships
    • Automation of manual processes
    • Creation of both on-demand and regular reports
    • Liaise with IT to improve and create tools for the financing platform
  • Improve the tools used to price / analyze client transactions, optimize inventory, enhance balance sheet utilization, and manage risk limits.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must Have:

  • Strong work ethic, highly accountable, self-motivated and results oriented
  • Able to work in high pressure environment with very short deadlines
  • Project management skills working on both strategic and tactical projects
  • Understanding of the fixed-income market, especially financing products and the US Treasury cash market
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages (Python, VBA)
  • Familiarity of US and global regulatory environments
  • General understanding of broker dealer operations and back-office trade flow
  • Degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Series 7, 63 preferred, will consider sponsoring

COMPENSATION & SALARY RANGE:

Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.
