Responsibilities
As a Trader you will be charged with the following:
- Contribute to the development of the Secured Financing Services
- Client interaction on market intelligence and opportunities
- Continue to improve our synthetic platform
- Automate execution workflows
- Automate of inventory optimization
- Provide competitive HTB inventory
- Manage and monitor trading book:
- Daily monitoring and management of positions including (but not limited to) swaps/delta/ forex
- Cooperation with sales on existing positions and continued build out of the platform.
- Monitoring of (client) profitability
- Monitoring of Risk analysis
- Management of regulatory ratios (scarce resources): LCR / NSFR (liquidity ratios based on futures cash flows)
- Automate and enhance book management/ (risk) reporting
- Improve the tools used to price and analyze client transactions
- Provide detailed explanations of the sources of revenues per clients
- Improve Front Office to Back Office processes with an attention keeping operational losses at a minimum

Profile Required:
- Finance and Mathematical advanced knowledge: derivatives pricing, interest rates and risk management
- Being able to analyze and synthesize the risks of a transaction from a quantitative stand-point.
- Quick learner
- Team player
- Willingness to take on new project
- Degree from an Engineering school / Sciences university / business school
- Programming skills (Python, VBA, SQL) (a plus)
