Societe Generale Global Solution Centre (SG GSC) acts as a business solutions center for Société Générale, one of the largest European financial groups. Within the Société Générale Group, you will join Global Technology Services (GTS), which is the IT entity in charge of infrastructure and its Digital Workplace Services teams, whose mission is to provide the Group's employees with their Digital Workplace.

Digital Workplace brings together all the services and tools of the work environment: the personal workstation of course, but also the smartphone, the corporate social network, communication and collaborative tools such as messaging, Teams, SharePoint, etc.

We are looking for a Knowledge Process Owner responsible for leading and continuously improving the knowledge management tool and its associated processes. This role plays a key part in enhancing the user journey and ensuring the tool evolves to meet business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Specifically, you will be required to support the SG collaborators through and more specifically:

Knowledge Management & Content Optimization

·       Manage and improve content on internal platform and CMS tool to enhance user experience (search engine, user journey, contextualization).

·       Ensure metadata consistency and update procedures based on quality reviews and user feedback.

·       Maintain the synonym dictionary (FR/EN) to optimize search functionality.

Strategic & Analytical Contributions

·       Contribute to the strategic vision of the internal platform (KM scope), participate in Agile ceremonies, and coordinate with development teams.

·       Conduct monthly quality follow-Ups, analyse platform usage, build Excel tools for automation, and develop performance and knowledge management dashboards using the group’s web analytics tool.

AI & Innovation Integration

·       Integrate AI- specific features into KM processes to improve efficiency and quality of the virtual assistant

·       Participate in testing new tools and smart assistants.

Collaboration, Training & Support

·       Coordinate with regional KM teams: training, follow-up, KM board facilitation, and communication on platform updates.

·       Provide support and act as a functional backup for CMS tool, managing bug reports and KM needs.

·       Train new contributors

·       Conduct user interviews to align content with user language and expectations; handle user feedback on incorrect or incomplete procedures to improve content quality.

Documentation & Expert Engagement

·       Write, simplify, and test support procedures in French and English.

·       Organize syncs with experts to document tools and applications effectively.

Profile required

  • Document Management (Knowledge Management - KM)
  • Change Management and Support for Business Expertise
  • Proficiency in one or more Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Advanced Excel Skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis for reporting and visualization
  • Excellent Written Communication in French, with strong grammar, syntax, and technical vocabulary
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools, such as Tableau and Power BI, will be a plus

  • Certified Scrum Master, supporting the team with Agile methodology, will be a plus

  • A proactive and reactive attitude

  • Autonomy

  • Good analytical and synthesis skills
