金融機関向けクロスアセット・ソリューションの提供をするため以下の業務をサポートする役割を担っていただきます。 
市場動向、プロダクト（クオンツ投資戦略、ストラクチャードファンド、デリバティブ、仕組債など）、および機関投資家のニーズに関する明確で体系的な見解を構築
ストラクチャリング、セールス、トレーディングなどの社内各専門チームと連携し、クライアント向け提案書やマーケティング資料の作成 
日本語でのクライアント向けプレゼン資料・提案資料ピッチブックの作成
市場テーマ、規制動向、クライアントの行動分析を通じて、新たなビジネス機会の発掘 
リサーチ、データ分析、アイデア創出を通して、チームのビジネス拡大への貢献

1.     Support the delivery of cross asset solutions for financial institution clients

2.     Develop and articulate clear, structured views on market trends, product capabilities (quantitative investment strategies, structured funds, derivatives, structured notes, etc.), and institutional needs

3.     Collaborate with internal experts (including structuring, sales, trading) on client proposals and marketing materials

4.     Prepare client-ready presentations, pitch materials, in Japanese

5.     Assist in identifying new opportunities by analyzing market themes, regulatory changes, and client behavior

6.     Contribute to the team’s business origination through research, analysis, and idea generation

学士号または修士号を有する方（金融、経済、数学、工学などの理系分野が望ましい） 
グローバルな投資銀行でのキャリアをスタートさせる強い意欲がある方 
金融市場、ファイナンシャルエンジニアリング、デリバティブ、マーケティング、新規ビジネス創出への強い関心をお持ちの方 
複雑なテーマを分かりやすく整理できる、優れた分析力・問題解決能力 
業務上プロフェッショナルなステークホルダーと自信を持ってコミュニケーションできる方 
迅速に学習し、変化の激しい市場環境に適応できる能力 
高いオーナーシップ、責任感、信頼性を備えた方 
日本語を母語レベルで使えること（必須） 
プログラム期間：最短6か月、最長2年まで延長の可能性あり 
勤務頻度：週5日勤務（月〜金）※応相談 
開始時期：採用と手続き後、速やかに開始できる方

• Bachelor or Master’s degree (preferably in a technical field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines)
• Strong interest in starting a career at a global investment bank
• Strong interest in financial markets, financial engineering, derivatives, marketing, and creating new businesses
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex topics clearly
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with professional stakeholders
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-moving market environments
• High level of ownership, reliability, and personal accountability
• Native proficiency in Japanese is a must
• Program duration: minimum 6months, with the possibility of extension up to 2 years.
• Frequency of work: 5 days per week (Mon-Fri) (negotiable)
