Responsibilities

The Client Lifecycle and Digital department oversees KYC due diligence for both on-boarding and periodic reviews.

Our mission is to ensure a simple-track and distinctive client journey, both on clients’ and on employees’ side, with a continuous commitment all along our clients’ lifecycle.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

  • Performing KYC/AML support functions within KYC Periodic Review process.

  • Acting as a single point of contact between business lines, Compliance, and management.

  • Supporting client management activities: conducting due diligence checks, preparing risk assessments, validating and updating client profiles.

  • Collaborating closely with Front Office and Coverage Bankers globally to ensure a smooth, accurate and timely KYC review process.

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

  • You have prior experience in KYC/AML field

  • You are a university or Business School graduate, preferably with a degree in finance, economics or a related area.

  • You are fluent in English and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different seniority levels within an international organization.

  • You have strong writing and are eager to continuously develop your professional expertise.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in Investment Banking will be considered an advantage.

  • Knowledge of Italian or German will be considered an asset.
