L2 Support Analyst with French

Technical Level 2 Support for Oracle HCM tool for UK & EMEA perimeter
•Provide technical support for Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, ensuring smooth system operation and support for HR and business stakeholders.
•Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues related to HCM modules such as: Core HR, Absences, OTL.
•Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancements via multiple ticketing systems.
•Support monthly and quarterly Oracle patching and releases, including impact analysis and regression testing.
•Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
•Document configurations, solutions, and best practices.
•Support data uploads, extracts, and reports using tools such as HDL, HCM Extracts, or BI Publisher.
•Participate in system improvements, process automation, and small configuration changes.
•Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and internal controls.
•Provide feedback to the client on the opening and closure of the request and if necessary, processing time.
•Creates and Maintains documentation up to date.
•Handle incident management: log, track, and escalate issues to relevant teams.
•Works in a Global Support L2/L3 team across Romania, France and India as per the Agile@Scale set up.
Profile required
•Fluent in English and French: minimum B2 level in both written and oral communication.
•2 years+ work experience in support functions.
•Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM in a production environment.
•Strong understanding of HR business processes.
•Experience with at least one HCM module (Core HR is mandatory).
•Ability to analyze functional issues and translate them into technical solutions.
•Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader), Functional setups, fast formulas.
•Positive attitude and a cooperative person.
•High resilience level and change management fast adoption.
•Previous work experience in HRIS is a plus.
