Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented legal resource to ensure seamless post-execution legal and operational excellence by driving accurate contractual data management, risk-aware negotiations, and compliance adherence, while fostering innovation through AI-driven process optimization. The role is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes, mentoring talent, and enabling efficiency across multi-stream projects to support strategic business objectives."

 To succeed in this role, you need strong legal and contractual expertise, exceptional negotiation and risk management skills, and the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality outcomes under tight timelines. Success also requires leadership to mentor teams, effective stakeholder communication, and a proactive approach to process improvement and AI-driven automation for efficiency and scalability.

  • Perform Post execution Task- Including but not limited to input of contractual data in SG referential systems as BAU and remediation and Post-execution legal due diligence to ensure authority of client’s signatory, check corporate approvals and supporting documents
  • Lead Complex Negotiations: Drive legal documentation and risk-aware negotiations to timely closure.
  • Deliver Against KPIs: Balance quality and quantity to meet or exceed defined performance metrics.
  • Mentor & Guide: Act as a functional anchor for junior team members through reviews and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage Multi-Stream Work: Oversee concurrent projects and initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements for efficiency gains.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Minimize rework and uphold internal standards and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain transparent communication and manage expectations effectively.
  • Demonstrate Ownership: Proactively identify risks and drive timely resolution.
  • Support AI Initiatives: Collaborate on AI-driven process automation and tool optimization, leveraging technology to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability within post-execution workflows.
  • Sound knowledge on MS Office.

Profile required

Degree in Law from any recognised university.

Having 5-6 years of experience in financial products or commercial contracts.

(Previous capital markets or general corporate experience gained in a law firm or in-house will be an advantage.)

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Excellent legal drafting ability and attention to details.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem solving and / or analytical skills with solution based approach

Ability to forge strong relationship with internal departments

Ability to read complex legal documents with confidence, ease and understanding.

Excellent interpersonal skills and an excellent team player.
